For the next 500 years, Ying Wuet Tseuk kept his identity hidden and secludes himself in the city, spending sleepless nights managing a late-night food hall. Skilled in martial arts, Ying Wuet Tseuk also operates a martial arts training hall and accepts two disciples under his wing. Ying Wuet Tseuk is in love with forensic scientist Lam Mung Nam, a vampire who had her memories and powers completely sealed away. Unaware of her vampiric identity, her only remaining power is the ability to revive the dead for one minute. For years, Ying Wuet Tseuk stayed by her side silently, helping her piece memories back together one by one.

When a large group of vampires leap over the city wall to attack MUNG-NAM, LING FUNG arrives and escorts her to leave. The two later know from the doctor how to cope with the vampires, so MUNG-NAM agrees to take a chance. After waking up, MUNG-NAM frankly discloses her background that she remembers to WOOD-CHEUK, emphasizing that her first priority is to find the spring and then go back to where she came from. Inside a crystal stone, MUNG-NAM finds the material that can be used to eliminate the vampires. Meanwhile, WOOD-CHEUK states that he is able to lead a quiet life as long as he rids the world of vampires, so he will accompany MUNG-NAM to go back to where she came from. Going to pay tribute to the late KAM KIN, WOOD-CHEUK reveals that he has already taught everything he knows to TING-SZE and HO NIN, who however are worrying about how to pass down the legacy of the Sui Yi School……
