Terms designed for a useful streaming guide

By using SofaStreams, you agree to these terms. The site organises information about streaming platforms, movies, television, episodes and sports broadcasts, and publishes separate evidence-led editorial guides.

SofaStreams is a guide rather than a playback service. It does not sell subscriptions, control third-party catalogues or decide territorial rights. Editorial profiles of unofficial or historical site names are informational and do not provide mirror, clone or access links.

Listings are informational snapshots. A provider shown for a country does not guarantee that a particular title, match, plan, device or language is available to every viewer. Rights, schedules, prices and catalogues can change without notice.

Links to official platforms and cited sources take you to independent third parties with their own terms, privacy practices and purchasing decisions. Confirm time-sensitive information and eligibility with the provider before subscribing or paying.

Suggestions must be accurate, relevant and submitted in good faith. Directory proposals are limited to authorised or licensed services. Editors may verify, edit, decline or remove a submission when evidence is insufficient, outdated or misleading.

Ratings should reflect a genuine opinion and may be removed when manipulation or repeated abuse is detected. Discussions are provided by Disqus and are also subject to its rules; loading a discussion is optional.

You may browse, link to and quote reasonable portions of the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with site operation, evade rate limits, automate abusive requests, submit deceptive information, impersonate another person, or use the service to promote unauthorised access to copyrighted content.

Site design, original writing and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, logos, posters and data remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, reporting and discovery.

We welcome specific, evidence-based corrections from viewers, platforms and rights holders. A request should identify the exact SofaStreams URL and material concerned, explain the issue, and provide a reliable source or the basis on which you are authorised to act.

Use the feedback form in the site footer for ordinary corrections and page issues, or email [email protected] for copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights-related concerns. We review substantiated notices and may correct, contextualise or remove material as appropriate.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, SofaStreams is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on an outdated listing or from a transaction with an external provider.

We may update these terms when the service, its data sources or legal obligations change. Material revisions will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
